E-proDirect is in search of a dynamic Account Executive to join it's team. The Account Executive will be responsible for business development and account management of EproMeetingApps, including EventLync, HotelLync, GroupLync and EventSuite.

PAY RATE: Generous Commission Structure (plus a travel and membership budget)
REPORTS TO: CEO, CVO, and Vice President
Principle Duties and Responsibilities:
Account Executive will be responsible for business development and account management of EproMeetingApps, including EventLync, HotelLync, GroupLync and EventSuite.

Identify and qualify potential accounts in the hospitality and meetings/events industry.

Aggressive prospecting and solicitation to meeting and event planners and suppliers, including Executive Directors, IT Professionals, General Managers, Director of Sales and Marketing, Meeting Planners, etc.

Development of marketing materials, proposals and presentations.

Conduct online demonstrations and presentations.

Represent company and all services and products at tradeshows and industry events to both meeting planners and meeting suppliers.

Research and keep apprised of market competitors and report findings to team.

Follow-up on leads generated through company marketing efforts.

Aggressively participate in company-wide product cross sell program.

Account penetration to learn full scope of potential needs. Account Management to include following up on account to ensure client’s success with product, and keeping clients apprised of any enhancements to the product.

Project Management to include:

If project manager is not assigned: Assisting and working with client and acting as a liaison with development team and/or project manager through app development process. Following up on all materials and deadlines. Assisting client with marketing of app to attendees and/or sponsors. Conduct dashboard training upon turnover from development team. Assist client with technical issues.

If project manager is assigned: Working as 2nd point of contact to client in the above listed duties.

Utilize Salesforce.com to manage all accounts and ongoing activity call log.

Participate in required team activities including weekly conference calls (team and company) and annual meeting/retreat.

Actively participate in team and company initiatives.

Provide monthly forecast reports and other documentation as required.

Follow SOPs as established by CEO, CVO, or Team Leader (Vice President).
Education, Experience and Skills Required:

Must have excellent computer skills including a high proficiency in Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, and Powerpoint.

Ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing.

Experience in hospitality industry, preferably with sales to the meetings industry.

Strong track record of closing business and meeting or exceeding sales goals.

Ability and resources to work from a home-office environment.

Clear understanding and passion for the use of mobile technology and applications.

Clear understanding of marketing to meeting planners and suppliers.

Ability to sell and represent multiple products.

Strong business development and sales skills.

Must be a team player.

Must be extremely organized and have the ability to keep clients on track and within deadlines.

Must be a self-starter and the ability to handle various tasks efficiently and within deadlines.
