Position Overview

EproDirect is in search of an Account Executive for BookingCommunity.com.  This position will be responsible for management and sales to new accounts - association, corporate, social, religious, etc.

CITY, STATE: Orlando, FL (potential to work remotely for the right candidate)
TITLE: Account Executive, BookingCommunity.com
STATUS: Full Time
PAY RATE: Very Aggressive Commission Structure
REPORTS TO: CEO and CVO
Principle Duties and Responsibilities:
Account Executive will be responsible for business development and account management of BookingCommunity.com

  • Identify and qualify potential accounts.
  • Aggressive prospecting and solicitation to organizations, Association Executives, Human Resource Executives, and other key contacts within organizations.
  • Development of proposals and presentations.
  • Conduct online demonstrations and presentations.
  • Represent company and all services and products at tradeshows and industry events.
  • Research and keep apprised of market competitors and report findings to team. 
  • Follow-up on leads generated through company marketing efforts.
  • Account penetration to learn full scope of potential needs.  Account Management to include following up on account to ensure client’s success with product, and keeping clients apprised of any enhancements to the product. 
  • Project Management to include:
       - If project manager is not assigned: Assisting and working with client and acting as a liaison with project manager. Assisting client with marketing BookingCommunity membership to members or employees.
       - If project manager is assigned: Working as 2nd point of contact to client in the above listed duties.
  • Utilize Insight.ly to manage all accounts and ongoing activity call log.
  • Achieve or exceed sales and prospecting goals.
  • Actively participate in required team activities including weekly conference calls (team and company) and annual meeting/retreat.
  • Actively participate in team and company initiatives.
  • Provide monthly forecast reports and other documentation as required.
  • Follow SOPs as established by CEO, CVO, or Team Leader.

Education, Experience and Skills Required:

  • Must have excellent computer skills including a high proficiency in Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, and Powerpoint.
  • Ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing.
  • Strong track record of closing business and meeting or exceeding sales goals.
  • Strong research and prospecting skills.
  • Strong business development and sales skills.
  • Must be a team player.
  • Must be extremely organized and have the ability to keep clients on track and within deadlines.
  • Must be a self-starter and the ability to handle various tasks efficiently and within deadlines.
