Pricing

Due to each one of our marketing campaigns being custom tailored, it will require us to obtain certain information from you about the goals and expectations of your campaign to give you an exact figure. Please visit our online price quote page for a complimentary quote.

The following will give you some general pricing guidelines:

Email Marketing Campaigns:

Design Fee: $325.00* for a standard design consisting of:

• Formatting of images.
• One (1) table or grid (for need date calendars, function space, etc.).
• Completed contact information in the footer at the bottom of the page, including hotel name, address, phone, fax and web site hyperlink.
• Consultation to determine what message you would like to send out.
• With a minimum mailing to 4,500 planners.

Should you elect to use an e-brochure that has already been created for your organization a formatting fee of $125.00 will apply.

Delivery Fee: The fee to deliver the e-mail to your targeted list from our database is $0.16 per delivered e-mail address.
The above fee includes:

• Selection of targeted meeting planners from our database.
• Delivery of all e-mails to your targeted list.

Tracking report to confirm number of e-mails delivered, and request for proposals received. Response & Request for proposal Tracking: Any responses, requests for further information, or requests for proposals will be sent directly to you from E-proDirect for immediate follow-up with the Meeting Planner.

The fee to rent our database for your postal campaigns is $0.05 per Meeting Planner.
