Groups must have group block with overnight rooms occupied during inclusive dates. Events or meetings must be booked and consumed during inclusive dates. Not valid with any groups, meetings or events currently defined, under contract, tentative or in prospect status. Rebate is paid to the company or organization conducting the meeting or event at the hotel upon completion of room block over dates of event at hotel and full payment of master account ad guest folio billing.
