10% rebate off master bill is valid for qualifying meetings booked and held between January 1, 2009 and
December 31, 2010. Offer valid for newly contracted meetings or group incentives with 10 or more paid
room nights at peak. The 10% rebate off master bill is only applicable for eligible guest room and function
room charges associated with your meeting.

The Hyatt Meeting Service Promise is offered at full and select service Hyatt hotels and resorts worldwide
to meeting planners who execute a Hyatt Group Sales Agreement. If the meeting planner’s expectations in terms
of the service and/or quality of such a meeting are not met, Hyatt will immediately take steps to resolve the
problem to the satisfaction of the meeting planner and/or refund a portion of the master account as set forth
herein. For the purposes of the Hyatt Meeting Promise, “meeting planners” shall be defined as the designated
on-site contact as identified in the Group Sales Agreement. A “Group Sales Agreement” shall be defined as
Hyatt’s form agreement used exclusively for events, excepting social events, that include food and beverage
purchases, meeting room space, and a minimum of ten (10) room nights. Meeting planner must immediately notify
Hyatt of any problem prior to the conclusion of the meeting. Hyatt will attempt to resolve the problem by
offering the meeting planner goods or services of comparable size and value. If, the problem cannot be
resolved during the course of the meeting, Hyatt will issue a refund to the master account that directly
relates to the disputed goods or services and provide the meeting planner with a credit in an amount equal
to the refund to be used towards a Group Sales Agreement for a future meeting at any Hyatt hotel or resort
worldwide. Refund to the master account shall not exceed the total amount of the master account. Credit for
future goods or services will be equal to the refund and must be used within twenty-four (24) months of
issuance, and shall be redeemed in the exchange rate in effect on the day of settlement of subsequent account.
(The subsequent account is the second meeting that was booked within the 24 month window. If an international
property issues the credit then the exchange rate of that day would apply. And if the customer redeemed it at
an international property, then the exchange rate at the time the Master account of the second booking was
