InTouch is a high-quality printed booklet showcasing a collection of meeting destinations.  These compelling four-color booklets are mailed to our list of thoroughly vetted meeting planners once a month in your choice of U.S. regions (East, Central, West).  Your hotel or resort will have one perforated page in the booklet, front and back.  Planners can tear out and keep their favorites.

Compose Your Message:

Design your message. Each property page is 8.5 x 5.5, printed (4/4) full‐color, front and back, on heavyweight paper. Pages are perforated for easy removal.

We can complete your creative if desired. This can include both writing and graphic design or one of the two. Professional editing of a message you create is always included.

Track Your Response:

You'll receive a toll‐free tracking number and a vanity URL for your campaign. This allows you to track phone and web responses accurately and efficiently. You can also listen in on recordings of the calls for training purposes. Our seamless system makes follow‐up easy.

Design Specifications

• Property pages are 8.5 x 5.5, printed (4/4) full‐color, two‐sided.
• Please submit all artwork as a PDF file.
• All fonts and graphics must be properly embedded.
• Flatten all transparencies.
• Color pictures, fonts and graphics must be CMYK (process colors not RGB or Pantone). Pixel‐based pictures and graphics should be at least 300 dpi at print size. Bitmap art should be no less than 600 dpi. (1200 or better is preferred).
• A bleed of 1/8" (.125 inches) on all four sides must be added to original file size (i.e. 8.5” x 5.5” would be 8.625” X 5.625”).
• Please do not use hairlines (0.3 points). All lines must be a minimum of 0.5 point width.
• Leave at least a 1/8" (.125 inch) space for text and border lines inside the bleed line (margin area).
• All black solids should be composed of: 40% cyan, 40% magenta, 40% yellow, 100% black.
• Type‐reversing out of a 4‐color background should be avoided whenever possible.
